Handling/Shipping fees of $2.50 are assessed for additional priority mailing fees and handling charges for gift boxes.

Orders are generally sent priority mail from the US Postal Service.  Orders are sent on the date of order (if it is a business day and the order is before 11AM) or on the next business day.
